After defining the organizational diagnosis, the manager must elect actions to focus its Action Plan. It is recommended the use of PDCA to structure their actions. Following the line of Cartesian reasoning that allies an attitude of constant questioning to the decomposition of the whole into parts, the manager is mentally armed with an effective tool for organizational analysis. This methodology is also known as 5W2H.
