Evaluate the solution
It means to verify that the implemented actions to solve the problem have been successful. It is recommended to apply the same tools used to define the problem (in step 1), and to observe a significant improvement with respect to the initial conditions.
Test the effects of the applied solution. Quantify the savings.Compare with the original goal
- We will use the Pareto diagram, the Histogram, and the Run chart to make sure everything is okay as we plan.
